Hi,
My name is Carolin.
I wear many hats. Facilitator, community weaver, bridge builder, designer of experiences and nature based guide. In response to today's multiple cascading crises, I host educational and transformative experiences for deep connection to self, other and life. I believe in the transformative power of community, the healing potency of spending solo time in nature and the creative brilliance of collective intelligence. I weave together ancient wisdom and new ideas, the sacred and the political, depth and playfulness. My work is about relationships at its core. I am Berlin based and work locally and globally, in English and German.

Facilitation
I design, host and facilitate co-created events and gatherings, team retreats, learning journeys, art residencies and rituals. I work with participatory, creative, embodied methods and peer-learning approaches.
Community Weaving & Consultancy
I consult and support organisations and networks to strengthen their social fabric, build trust and work more regeneratively and collaboratively. I do this through developing community building strategies as well as introducing practices to promote more healthy and caring cultures.
Nature Based Guidance
I support individuals and work with groups to become fully alive, find their ecological niche in the wider ecosystem, and mature into responsible humans through guiding nature based vision quests and deep ecology experiences.

The Week
Since July 2023 I am the Germany Activation Lead at The Week- a tool to create space for courageous conversations about the climate among friends, colleagues and communities. Our mission is to break through global fear and apathy and mobilise "the broad middle" in Europe and in the US. My role is to spread the roll out of The Week in Germany, through outreach, community building and strategies to create cultural tipping points.
The Church of Interbeing Project
I have been building and stewarding the Church of Interbeing project since January 2021. The church of Interbeing is a non religious Sunday community ritual in a refurbished church in Berlin. We are growing into a movement, cultivating spaces for reverence and reconnection to all parts of ourselves, each other and life in community. I regularly host Sunday services and am part of the Council of Stewards (aka strategic board).
The Citizens Lab
I have been a facilitator, learning designer and communications consultant at the CitizensLab since 2021- a living lab and a community of practice (CoP), where diverse actors of societal transformation processes, provocateurs and community organisers come together. We offer experiential learning formats and workshops, bringing a regenerative approach into the field of citizen engagement. I currently convene the CoP.

The Wild Minds Collective
I co-founded the Wild Minds Collective in early 2020. We are a trio of deep ecologists and nature guides, devoted to supporting humans to explore our wild nature, our own deeper knowing and belonging. We offer nature connection retreats, vision quests and transformative online journeys.
The Food Assembly
The Food Assembly is a European wide network seeking to shorten food supply chains and return power to small scale sustainable food producers. I was part of a small team launching the UK subsidiary of 'La Ruche Qui Dit Oui' in 2014. Over 4 years we adapted the French strategy to the local market and built a decentralised network of local food communities and food producers with the help of an online platform.
Circles UBI
Circles UBI is an alternative currency on the blockchain, that is paired with a universal basic income experiment. From August 2021- August 2022, I helped to build the network of businesses in Berlin and hosted community Assemblies. Read about my experiment of living one week off Circles here.
